- Built the Kstovo Vinyl plant on time, using high quality standards and respecting the approved budget
- Take the leading position as PVC producer and develop the CIS PVC market (in particular in pipes)
- Grow the RusVinyl PVC business to > 500KT/yr by 2016
- Develop a profitable business producing results in line with the shareholders approved business plan
