While implementing the Project of construction of the Integrated PVC plant in Nizhny Novgorod region, RusVinyl LLC (the Company) is conscious of its social and environmental responsibility. The main target for the Company in this sphere is to minimize possible impacts on the environment and the community in the area of the Company’s activity.

In February 2008 RusVinyl LLC developed a "Social Issues Summary" in order to inform the stakeholders about the findings of the review of possible impacts of the construction of the PVC plant and the actions plan of their minimizing.
